For those of you who are affected astrologically by the eclipse later today, which is falling at about 15 degrees of Aquarius, we might expect this eclipse to be beneficial in its action. There is a sense of unexpected fortune associated with it, and the feeling that although your expectations may be unrealistic, that success may well come anyway, that the energy of the eclipse will help you to power through to a fortunate outcome. Help may come to you through an older person, adviser, or from somewhere may you least expect it, so watch out for these energies, associated with the planet, angle or house where the eclipse is falling. Events associated with this eclipse will not necessarily happen today. This particular eclipse season began towards the end of July, and will continue until the end of the first week in September, so events could realistically be expected at any time within that framework.  The cards corroborate this astrological interpretation, suggesting that although you may have felt tormented by indecision lately over which path to take, or bound by the circumstances that you are in currently, that this has the potential to change today. New beginnings, of a physical nature are stirring beneath the surface, and you may already be seeing this in your life. A new start could be exactly what you need, as it actually brings some of your ideas into physical manifestation, and allows your mind to rest a little. Knowing that it is relevant to leave things that are no longer required, behind you, is also important, as there is a sense that new growth cannot be achieved, if you are constantly weighed down by past attitudes. Although it is painful to leave the past behind you, it allows you to travel on to what beckons. Seeking the counsel of a trusted friend or adviser may be relevant at this time, or it may be that you need to listen to the voice within. There is a sense that you have always known what the right path is for you, but perhaps did not listen as intently as you might through fears of inability, or a lack of self worth.
