The Daily Oracle: Thursday January 18th

Uncertainty and fear clouds your awareness today, and things may seem too difficult, to confrontational and too challenging. It may seem that whatever you do, it is the

wrong thing, and at the moment giving up may seem to be the best option. Be aware today that the battles that you are facing, may have their roots in places that you do not care to look at, and that there may be a battle being waged between your heart and your own ego. All change requires pain to be felt, and it is often far easier to stay with what is known, comfortable and secure, where we are grounded in our little habits, the routines and the “safety net”. But how about if you turned the world on its head, and looked at life a different way… challenged the status quo, did something different!. If things seem overwhelming, know that you are being asked to sacrifice something, an attachment to a belief that has outlived its usefulness. Letting go of the old, allows you to direct your attention on what is coming into being, what is fighting to get out; make sure that you are not struggling to hold back the tide!.
