If you were able to get the rest that you needed yesterday you may have been able to find a place where you could perhaps recognize where much of your mental discomfort comes from your own difficult thought processes and negative self talk. You now have the potential to see this clearly and to make a firm decision to stay away from situations and indeed people which exacerbate feelings of persecution and worry. It may well be time to cut loose from associations and situations which only cause you pain, and you are aware that certain relationships may have reached a state of completion now and will not develop further. Take charge of things today, and become aware that one cannot contain the perfection of fleeting moments forever, and that it may be time to move on before the good memories become distorted. Trusting in the eternal process of birth, life and death, will help you to see that there are new beginnings every day which bring cause for joy and celebration, whilst the existential pain of feeling alone, is part of being human.
